Personnel Actions
Everything that was done on a P111 form is now handled through the Personnel Actions menu in HRTS. This folder explains through how to do a Job, Salary Source, Salary, and Hour Change. Also included in this folder are instructions for how to give an employee a bonus, put an employee on a Leave of Absence and Terminate them.

- Leaves of Absence (LOA) are a two step process in Sinai Central. Once the employee has gone on the leave, you will need to return them in HRTS. LOA returns in Sinai Central are dependent upon the system having the initial leave of absence entered in HRTS.
