HRTS: HR Transactions System
This folder contains directions for using the Human Resources Transaction System (HRTS).
- Understanding HRTS
- Why is my transaction taking so long? Who approves what? This is all answered in this folder.
- Personnel Actions
- Everything that was done on a P111 form is now handled through the Personnel Actions menu in HRTS. This folder explains through how to do a Job, Salary Source, Salary, and Hour Change. Also included in this folder are instructions for how to give an employee a bonus, put an employee on a Leave of Absence and Terminate them.
- Performance Appraisal
- Need to do a performance appraisal? This folder contains written instructions as well as a short video tutorial on how to do that.
- Searching for a HRTS transaction
- HRTS transactions can be searched for in a few different ways. You will need access to the HR Transactions menu to do these searches.
- Table of Organization
- The table of organization leads to different ways of configuring and working with subgroups within a department.
- FTE Reporting
- Monthly payroll breakdowns are available via the FTE Report tool.
- HRTS Departmental Policies
- This folder has a breakdown of how to create and edit the Policies that guide transactions at the Departmental level in HRTS. You will want to use this if the default system policies are not meeting the need of your Group or Department.
- Recent Changes in HRTS
- Some of the functionality in HRTS has recently been changed as a preview of a new implementation of HRTS. Please review this document on what portions were directly effected.
- Other Employee Level Services
- Once you have navigated to HR Transactions and selected an employee, other services are available to you. Review this folder to see what else can be done in HRTS for an employee in your department or subgroup.
