Assigning someone the role of EDir Admin

You can assign the role of EDir Admin like other roles for your department in Sinai Central. This is a walk through of how to do it.

Before We Get Started

By default, everyone that is in the Administrator role in Sinai Central can coordinate and administer changes to the Medical Center's directory searches.  If you have a trusted assistant that can coordinate this task, you can assign another person the EDir Admin role via the Finance policy system in Sinai Central.

Establishing the EDir Admin role for another employee

  1. Login to Sinai Central.
  2. Navigate to Finance > Dept Admin on the left menu bar.
  3. Find the Department that you are in from the pull down menu. Click Select.

  1. Navigate to View/Edit | Roles on the left menu bar. Click on ROLES.

  1. A table will appear. Click on the Edit Icon to the left of EDIR ADMIN.

 

  1. Type in a name in the fields provided. Click on Search.


  1. Click the user name you want to select.


Search Results

To delete a person from the role, click trash.
