Granting Access Rights to Funds (from the Fund Manager)

One way that you can grant rights to a fund is by working with the fund manager.

Overview

 

Navigate

  1. Navigate using the left hand menu from Finance > Funds | Fund Manager.

  1. Enter a fund number into the field provided. 
  2. Click the Search button.
  3. Select the desired fund from the search results by clicking on the fund number. The left-hand menu will expand and information about the fund selected is shown.

Proxy

  1. Select Proxy from the left hand menu. The selected fund will show the different users that currently have access to the fund.

Changing Access Rights

  1. Select the appropriate access right for the user from the dropdown menu. Then click the Change button.

Removing Access rights

  1. Click on the trashcan icon to remove the fund from a user. Sinai Central will confirm with you that you want to do this.

Adding Access Rights

  1. Click on the Add button. An employee search appears.

  1. Enter names into the last name, first name or lifenumber fields.
  2. Different options are available for you to assist with narrowing your search. You can:
    1. Look for a person in a different department using the dropdown menu.
    2. You can narrow your search to employees or terminated employees.
  3. Click on the Search button.
  4. Click on the user name to select the person.

Assign Rights

  1. Select the type of access rights that you want to assign to the user.
  2. Click the Set rights button.
