Activating Your Sinai Central Account

Do you need an account on Sinai Central? If you're a Mount Sinai Employee, you already have one. You just need to activate it. Here's how.

Everyone who has a Mount Sinai lifenumber, a social security number, and a date of birth can log onto Sinai Central. Here is how you can activate your account:

  1. Launch your browser and go to http://sinaicentral.mssm.edu.
  2. On the left side of the page, select the link for Sinai Central Home.
  3. If you need to obtain a Sinai Central account, click the link for Login or Password Help. A self-service page appears with several choices.
  4. Select I want to login to Sinai Central now and follow the instructions on the form that appears.
  5. During the process, you will get to choose your username and password. If you want to use the same one for Sinai Central as you do for your other systems, you can do that.
  6. Take note of your Sinai Central username and password. If you forget them, you can click Login or Password Help to recover or reset them.
